Why did we decide to participate in the company culture survey and what were our results like?
Our brand new office 💚
Fiksuruoka has participated in the Great Place to Work -survey yearly starting in 2020. Companies that do well in the GPTW survey, will earn a GPTW certificate for having a great company culture! But what is more important to us, is to be able to choose wise development actions to make our employee experience even better according to the GPTW data!

“We use the data from the research to take the right development actions. The research results have been presented to all employees openly and we consider action points together. All ideas are welcome, whether they are at the level of an individual, a team or the entire organization – in order to be the best workplace for all our employees, we must all work for it together,” Tiina continues.
So, the goals for this are set high every year, but it is even more important for us to get hold of the right data and thereby make the right action point choices!
In 2021, 31 out of our 54 people took part in the survey. According to the results, Fiksuruoka is 93 % a Great Place to Work, meaning that 100 % would be perfect.

We’re working on these and focusing a lot of initiatives to make these things better.
So “Our facilities contribute to a good working environment” was a point in the survey that had decreased the most compared to last year – that’s why we chose that as a special focus point for this year.
